Who we are

What we collect

From the quote form: your name, work email, company, and the details you choose to write in the message field. From our services: security telemetry from systems the client asks us to monitor, under the terms of the signed engagement.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, to deliver the contracted security and software services, and to meet legal and contractual record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use enquiry data for advertising.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact. Client service data is kept for the term of the engagement plus the retention period stated in that contract.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion where we have no overriding legal obligation to retain it. Email privacy@knownstate.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Subprocessors

We use third-party hosting and database providers to run this website and the SentinelIQ platform. A current list is available on request to clients under NDA.
